Established in 1990, the Carthage Council on the Arts was created to unify and support the city’s growing creative community. From public art and murals to music and theater, Carthage has a deep artistic tradition. Our role is simple: bring structure, visibility, and support to the organizations and individuals who keep that tradition alive.
